Hello,

Thank you so much for awarding me a generous Portland Business Forum Scholarship! I was very happy and appreciative to learn that I was a recipient. I am honored to use these funds to help me achieve my career goals over the next four years at the University of Oregon. Go Ducks!

As requested, here is my picture and a brief bio for your website. Let me know if you have any trouble accessing it:

"Cait Smith is delighted to be a 2020 Portland Business Forum Scholarship Recipient! A recent graduate from Tigard High School, she plans to attend the University of Oregon in the fall to study Psychology and Theatre Arts with a minor in Business Administration. During her time at Tigard High, Cait was heavily involved in Theatre--taking on leading roles, serving as President of her Thespian Troupe, being a State and International Thespian Officer Finalist, and advocating for Educational Arts programs in Washington D.C. Between classes, she worked as a reporter for the local newspapers and volunteered as a Disney Princess performer for foster children. In ten years, she plans to start a theatre company in an Oregon city that lacks educational arts programs. Cait would like to thank the Portland Business Forum for their generous scholarship fund and for helping her achieve her educational goals."

Warm Regards,

Caitlin Smith

We have been using a wordpress site but it seems to be more cumbersome to use than is ideal for all of our members.  This weebly.com site appears to be a far easier to use tool which will allow everyone to easily and quickly update information on the website, even if they have limited computer skills.  Please share your thoughts.
